reindeer sweater

| Sweater: c/o Oasap | Coat: c/o Oasap | Jeans: Gap | Boots: c/o Sole Society |

How cute it this reindeer sweater?? It's so perfect for winter and the holidays! I remember seeing it last year and wanting it so badly but not getting my hands on it. I didn't make the same mistake this year and ordered it from Oasap. It's on sale right now too so if you want a cute sweater for next Christmas then you better jump on it!

These pictures are from a while ago, I mean there's snow in them! But I still really love the cozy, winter look. I am also in love with this hat from Sole Society! It's perfect for any season and I'm looking forward to wearing it this summer with a floral print dress for more of a boho vibe!

rainy days

| Sweater: c/o Oasap | Gingham Shirt: Old Navy | Pants: Target | Boots: Nordstrom Rack |

These pictures are from a few months ago if you can't tell with my red Starbucks cup and all...but hey at least I'm finally getting around to blogging them! I haven't been super motivated to blog lately even though I have a bunch of pictures that I've already taken but hey, the important part is that I'm getting to them now right? Anyways, I am obsessed with these rainboots. They are exactly like Hunter boots except over $100 cheaper!! They are from Nordstrom Rack and the brand is called 14th & Union. Unfortunately they're sold out in every color online but I have seen a pair or two at Nordstrom Rack so if you're lucky your local store just might have some. I'm kicking myself for not getting another pair so hopefully they make them again next year. I need a black or navy pair!

Sometimes you just need a comfy, cute sweater for a casual Thursday.
Happy almost Friday!

transitional sweater

| Sweater: c/o Aeropostale | Jeans: Gap | Heels: JCrew |

This outfit is one that can easily transition from winter to spring. During the winter I would normally wear this sweater with combat boots, warmer jeans (without holes, ha), and a faux fur vest. Now that spring is on it's way I chose to wear neon pink to accent the pink in my sweater. These neon sandals are a sure way to brighten up any outfit and I will keep wearing them well into spring and summer. I'm crossing my fingers that spring will make it's way to Utah very soon!

the comfiest sweater ever

| Sweater: c/o CC Lake | Leggings: Forever 21 | Mug: Anthropologie |

So, a majority of the time I post outfits on this blog that are well thought out and planned. I don't think I've ever posted an outfit that doesn't include an arm party and lots of other accessories. The truth is I try to make the outfits I post on my blog more dressed up and I attempt to create the 'perfect' outfit. Well, guess what? That's just not real life. Shocker, right? I'm sure all of you know that most bloggers don't seriously wear all of their outfits everyday. I mean who wears high heels and minimal layers in the middle of a snow storm? Not me, that's for sure. So, in honor of keepin' it real I wanted to share an easy and real outfit that I wear to lounge around my apartment. A sweater that is beyond comfy and super cute. And leggings. Two articles of clothing, done! This is the outfit that I wear while laying on the couch Saturday mornings with my faux fur blanket and hot chocolate while catching up on the shows that are taped on my dvr. Pretty crazy weekends, right?

Also, let's all take a minute to appreciate this cute, monogram mug from Anthro! I hope you all have a wonderful Friday and weekend! I plan on sleeping in and decorating our Christmas tree..that we still need to get!

one of the boys

| Sweater: Old Navy | Plaid Shirt: J Crew Factory | Jeans: c/o Aeropostale |
| Purse: c/o Sole Society | Boots: Ross | Watch: Fossil | Beanie: Husbands |

I love this outfit because it's one that keeps me super warm while still looking put together! It makes me feel a little tomboyish because of the dark colors paired with my husband's beanie that I stole borrowed from him but I'm totally okay with it. I made sure to add some feminine touches like leaving my hair down and wearing a bold, red lip so that it wouldn't feel too masculine. What do you ladies think? Is this look a nay or a yay?

tribal

| Sweater: c/o Dress Up Boutique | Pants: Forever 21 | Boots: Target |
| Necklace: Forever 21 | Purse: Mexico |

I love the tribal feel of this outfit. The printed sweater, crystal necklace, fringe boots, and patterned purse give it a boho chic feel. This sweater is insanely comfortable and is one that I wore three days in a row this weekend. No seriously. Out to dinner with my girls, out on a date with my husband, and to my first day of work. Obsessed would probably be an understatement. And speaking of work, it went great! Everyone was super friendly and I feel like I'm catching on to everything pretty quickly. It also explains why I've been extra tired this week and why my blog posts have been short and sweet. Once I'm more adjusted (does that ever really happen) things will get back to normal around here, promise.

Happy Wednesday!
