holiday wear

| Blouse: JCPenney | Skirt: Bohme | Tights: Francesca's | Boots: Forever 21 |
| Necklace: Forever 21 | Black Bracelet: Groopdealz | Bow Bracelet: Cozy Sailor |

I wore this same exact outfit a while back for a wedding but I wanted to update it for the holiday season! This blouse and this skirt are two of my favorite pieces in my closet right now. Emerald is such a gorgeous jewel tone for winter and I'm completely obsessed, I probably need some more of it. And this polka dot skirt, need I say more?? I was pretty much stalking this skirt from the moment I saw it but at a $50 price point I couldn't really justify it. So I waited and waited and it finally went on sale. And then they were having a sale on top of a sale and I got it for around $20. Total score! I updated the look with tights and boots since open toe heels were a definite no go. I added some sparkle and a red lip and boom, I had a holiday look!

This was my first time taking pictures in the snow and it was freezing cold!!! But, after looking at these pictures I am so glad we took them. The snowy backdrop is gorgeous and I love that it looks like a winter wonderland. So one of my pet peeves is when bloggers post a million pictures of the same outfit and I'm totally guilty of that in this post. Sorry, but I'm not sorry...I just kind of love them, okay. Forgive me?

And now for some fun, snow pictures! My hands nearly froze off but it was all worth it for these gems.
All in the name of blogging right?!
Have a happy Monday!
